“Chicken Manure”

Located: Sperry Farms, 11420 Sperry Road, Atlantic, PA

Directions: 8 Miles South of Meadville, PA (Crawford Co.), I-79 Exit 141 (Old Exit 35) West Rt. 285, 5¾ Miles, “Hard” Left on Lake Road (not marked), ½ Mile (Over Rail Road Tracks & First Road) Turn Right on Sperry Road (not marked), 1½ Miles to Auction.

Selling Approx. (400) 25 Yard Units

TERMS: 20% At Auction, Balance at Delivery/Pickup.

     CONDITIONS:

 1.   Manure must be received on Sperry Farms Time Schedule.

 2.  Trucking will be over and above bid price.  Contact Sperry Farms for an exact quote: 814-720-5776

 3.  Other truckers will be at Sperry Farms discretion.

 4.  Other trucks will be charged an additional $15.00/Unit loading fee.

      All trucks must be covered.

 5.  An all-weather/season, environmentally suitable area to dump is the buyers responsibility. 

 6.  Truck access and tow charges, when necessary, are the buyer’s responsibilty.

 7.  All buyers are responsible for any and all applicable environmental issues and laws that apply when a)    

      Product leaves the Sperry Facilities in buyers trucks. b)  Arrives at buyers site when trucked by Sperry 

     Farms.

 8. Payment will be: 20% down at Auction.  Balance at delivery or Pickup.  There  will be a 10% discount if total 

     purchases are paid in full on Auction Day.

 9.  Trucking (done by Sperry Farm) is due in full at delivery.

10. Purchaser's must have current soil test and copies of aerial field  maps or equivalent maps with road

     names, where manure may be applied, into Sperry's Farm possession before March 15, 2010 or before any

    manure is picked up and/ or delivered from Sperry Farms, whichever comes first.  This info must be

    delivered directly to Sperry Farms.  Purchaser’s will forfeit their monies if this is NOT Adhered to!
