We the members of the North West Chapter, Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association are concerned about all auctioneers conducting business in the state of Pennsylvania. In recent years there have been several attempts to further define current auction laws. The most recent attempts by the Department of State have involved clarification of the auction house/auction company laws, the number of auctions held at rental halls before requiring an auction house license, and many other subjects that have gone relatively unnoticed but are important topics that affect all auctioneers.

Annually, we showcase an educational seminar for all PA licensed auctioneers. We would like to hear your opinion on how we could help you in your auction business. This is your opportunity to voice concerns you may have, and advise us of what topics you would be most interested in learning about.
